As much as we enjoy the usual offerings at U.N. Plaza’s bazaar, this new Arts Market is intriguing for different reasons. 

Far be it from us that you should take our fashion advice (we favor formal wear and do not own flip-flops), but if you’re going to wear a t-shirt, let it be locally crafted.
