Far and mysterious Noe Valley: it resembles nothing so much as a better-weathered and more Caucasian Sunset District with its neighborhoodification. But Lehr’s knows better—it sits squarely in the middle of what was once known as Germantown, back when the Mission was still heavily Irish. In the midst of all this history, all you can think about is Waldmeistersirup and early-80s Teutonia.
